Touch response slllllloooooowwwww while charging

I have a Verizon brand USB charger.... problem is that my Bionic will loose touch response (or its exxxxtreamly slllloooowww) when charging with the VZ brand charger. When I charge it with the MOTO charger, it charges just fine....

Do I have a lemon charger or are these things just suck you know what?

Same thing happened with my Bionic when I tried using the HTC Thunderbolt charger. I just don't think the Bionic works well with some other chargers.
