Touch Screen Calibration

I've never had a problem in the past but recently my screen has been getting what seems like farther and farther from accurate. I know turning the screen on and off calibrates it but lately it hasn't been enough. I was just wondering if there was another way that I could calibrate the screen with more accuracy.
