Touch screen does not respond

I have the gear s only one day. The touchscreen stop respond. I made all kind of the reboots and nothing. Please help!

Did you download any new programs and did you get a message on screen saying why it locked.

You are within your 14 day period, exchange it.

What you will need to do is, delete all the apps you have put on your watch. Some apps cause this problem with the Gear S. May also affect charging as well. I know this because I had the same issue as well. The two apps that caused this issue with my watch were, AppyGeak and Navi Watch. After uninstalling these two apps I have had no problems what so ever.
