touch screen does not work

The touch screen on my Samsung Galaxy S5 doesn't work but power, volume and home keys work. How can I fix this?

Is the screen entirely dark, or is it only the touch sensitivity that isn't working? Does this persist after a reboot? Or Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10696 If so, then the screen has probably failed, and you'll need to take it to repair shop to replace.
