Touch screen doesn't function properly when wireless charging s8

My touch screen misses many of my touches while I try using my s8 while charging it wireless. Any ideas why? Is the problem with my charger? With my phone?

No, it doesn't happen at all with the usual chargers, and apparently it doesn't always happen with the wireless charger, only from time to time.

Is it an official wireless charger, or a 3rd party one? If it's a poorly made charger, I wonder if it might not be properly shielded, and is generating an electromagnetic field that is interfering with the touchscreen function.
