I have this issue on my note 2 and sometimes the screen just becomes unresponsive for a few seconds and responds again. I can still hit power off and on and holding the home key will still bring up the recent apps.
The home key and back key doesnt work though as well since its also part of the touch screen. Hitting home will still bring me back to home screen as its a physical button. It happens from time to time for about 15 to 20 seconds.
Heres the weird thing tho, if I power screen off and on again, I can swipe to go to home screen, then I just cant press anything from there so it seems the touch works, its more like the entire operating system just freezes. It's been factor reset already. Any idea?
