Touch screen problem

[AC Question]

Well every time I bring up the keyboard on my tablet I can type but on way my b botton n botton or m botton won't won't but I can flip the tablet on its side and then the only bottons that works is the bottom roll and as I flip it more or less bottons will work why it just started it and I have restore it reset it everything that I have read and nothing is working
