touch screen randomly unresponsive

Is anyone else having this problem? I took a video and will try to upload it.

I had to edit the video a little. It had my address in it. Sorry I sound drunk in the video. I was a little tired.

Ok so here is the video. I had to do some editing on the original because my address was in it. Someone on the original video mentioned that the case could cause this problem which is a good idea. As of now I haven't been able to duplicate the problem, but is was really annoying when I had it.
