Touch system problem

Hi my name is ayni

I bought htc-explorer on 5th june 2012,but now it has problem in touch it work itself no need to touch it has some problemin its touch
i could not write a messag or use anyother icon some time it do for some time and but its taking a day ling to do this
i could not use my mobile
moreiver its not recognising SD card i have alredy inserted thta card but it always shows the msg to inser SD card
please is there any one who can resolve this problem

So, you can't use your touch screen and it's not recognizing your SD card? Am I getting this correct? If so, you might need to provide a bit more detail.
