Touch-tones

Hi,

Is it possible to hear the touch-tones when dialing only through the earpiece and not through the speaker? You have to turn down the media volume in order to turn down the touch-tones, but since I listen to a lot of music, that doesn't work out. Just wondering. Thanks.

You can set the speaker volume of the touch-tones using the audio tuning menu. You'll have to enable the hidden menu, as shown in this post.

Once you enable the hidden menu, dial *#28364#, choose "situation" then "keytone". Change the speaker to 0, the "headset" setting is the volume that'll be played through earphones (if you're using some). There is no setting for playing the touch-tones through the phone's actual earpiece, but between the speaker and headset settings, you should be able to configure it pretty closet to your liking.
