Touch wiz home is not responding error

When it shows up that error it always happens when i am watching a video on you, i try to press ok nothing happens so then i try turning of my tablet it does nothing it just freezes so i wait for it to turn off by it self by draining the whole battery What should i do please help!!!

Welcome to Android Central! If the tablet freezes up, you can usually force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power and Vol Down for about 10-15 seconds.

Does it come back after rebooting? If so, does it only happen when you're using the AC app to watch those videos, or is it YouTube, or the browser?
