Touchdown problems

Are any of you experiencing sync issues with touchdown? Last few days my email hasn't pushed to my bolt until late in the day when I get them all at once! I've checked my push settings and everything looks ok......Help!
 
i havent had that issue. i have my phone sitting on my desk and it vibrates when i get an email. it seems to take a few extra minutes for it to get the email compared to my computer. my OG droid would get messages before my computer. my TB seems to get the messages as i am typing a reply on my computer
 
I haven't had a problem with it syncing - except when the phone is powered down - it seems like it's re-downloading every single contact which sucks down the battery (I've got around 1800 contacts). The other problem I have is it doesn't read an "x" or "ext" and convert it to a pause or wait like it did on my blackberry using Touchdown (or in the native contact list that came with the phone - which is why I'm trying Touchdown). We share contacts at work - so changing isn't really an option. I did set it to "normalize" and that didn't work either. Kind of stuck...but hoping to figure it out so we can roll it out to others in the company. We're using MS Exchange 2003 on Outlook. I've asked their support and gotten silly answers like "that sometimes happens with Gmail"...I mean really, if I want someone to pay no attention whatsoever to what I'm saying - I'll talk to my teenagers thank you very much... :)

or google, microsoft, verizon. take your pick. In my experience talking to first level support at any of them is just like talking to a teenager.

Sometimes the "teenager" is the best person to talk to... the ones reading the scripts are the worst to deal with when calling any customer support! I had to spell "dead pixel" to the Verizon lady last week...
 
Anyone have an issue with email not showing as read? or is this a limitation of being on trial version? To clarify, I get an email, It shows the closed envelope, I read it, the envelope still shows closed, i check the email, go to menu, select mark read and the envelope still shows closed. From some of the screenshots Ive seen it should show an open envelope after Ive read it. Thanks for your time and have a great day!
 
I'm still on the trial version and have not had that problem. I'd send a note to Touchdown support.
