touchless control glitch

Every once in awhile, my touchless control will launch without the command. Not really sure what's going on with it. I keep meaning to factory reset to see if that corrects the problem but haven't had time/desire to back my phone up to my computer.

Anyone else having the issue as well? Any solutions? (Other than disabling touchless control as I use it every so often )

I agree with Dashaus. Make sure when you retrain it that there is no ambient noise in the room at all, no fans or heater/AC kicking on. That fixed the problem for me too.

The same happens to me I trained it with ok google not ok google now that may be one reason. It seems to activate with random words in a crowd like it gets confused.

I retrained the launch phrase (I had it as OK google) and the problem has gone away. thanks for the advice guys.

Mine launches about once a week accidentally. Usually when I say "ok whatever" then it Googles "Whatever". Lol.

Have you retrained it? I can't recall ever noticing my phone incorrectly activate voice commands.

Not to repeat, but it is essential that you are in a completely SILENT room when you train.
