TOUCHSCREEN unresponsive

This watch was a gift. I haven't used it in 3 months. When powering it on I was unable to use the touchscreen! I don't know what brand this watch is. There's only 1 button on it to. No sims card ever inserted.

I asked my sister what brand it was and she don't know either.

Charge it. Power Off and Restart.

If it is a cheap one from China it may just be faulty. I made the mistake of buying one for my son and it stopped working quite soon after him first using it.
