Touchscreen?

Has anyone has any issue with the touchscreen on the phone? Just happened recently and isn't consistent

Mine's perfect. Honestly, I haven't had a single issue with my U11 so far. Only phone I've been able to say that about after owning it for a few weeks.

There's a thread on either XDA or r/HTC that's complaining about touchscreen issues

I had issues at first but they went away and now it is perfect. Do you have glove mode on (it shows where you are tapping on the screen)? When I turned that off it helped and I also think I had to get used to the touch screen of the U11.

Hi guys,
I am sad to inform that after 4days of using my U11, the touch stopped working suddenly. I was so shocked, and immediately tried soft reset, which failed, then after searching on the internet,hard reset. Both having failed, contacted HTC. They asked me to send the phone, which I did. Only problem, I did not take a video of the problem. I hope they sort it out. Keeping my fingers crossed, was the lovely Solar red.
Has anyone had similar issues?

PS: it did not fall and doesn’t have any physical damage. It still looked pristine as I used a case from day 1 to 4.
