do you have any idea when touch wiz 4 will be completely stable?

and when i watched the 3.0 youtube video, it showed that you can pull down the task bar and reply to a text without exiting the application. is there another way to do this?

No ETA on when tw 4 may be stable. It may never be because it's from the Galaxy S 2 which is running Gingerbread, something we will probably never see on the Fascinate.

Yes, download Handcent from the market. It's the best text messaging app in my opinion. When you receive a text a pop up window appears over whatever program you are in. You can respond right from that pop up window.
