I have tried just restarting the phone that didn't fix it. I have taken out my battery on my Samsung Galaxy J3 phone and then put it back in. The Unfortunately, Touch Wiz home has stopped error comes up and when it hit ok it goes to my phone apps for a few seconds and comes back with the same error then eventually it stops bouncing back to those and goes to a black screen with the error. I tried what someone said in a forum for this error where you delete/disable Facebook Messenger so I uninstalled messenger(I did this), disable motion features(mine wasn't on its off), cleared cash on touch wiz and easy touch wiz after going into safe mode on the phone. Cleared memory cache by hitting the volume up, home, and power button at the same time. I rebooted and its supposed to be gone. Its not its still there and it comes up screen goes black then shows my home and back to the touch wiz message and keeps doing this. The only way to fix it so far is do it in safe mode. I can send texts that way, but can't use anything else. Please help me with this. I am keeping my phone in safe mode for now to at least send texts. Your help with this is greatly appreciated.
