Yeh it would be nice to get the Blue filter option as well as the New Power Savings Mode.

Can't see us S7 edge users being ignored as the internals of ours are the same as the Note 7.

They want people to buy the more expensive Note now, so it's not in their interests to add any new features from it to the S7 edge. I wouldn't be surprised if we have got our last security update on the S7 edge too. Samsung are notorious for forgetting phones once the new toy comes out.

I've had Galaxy devices before (S phones and a Note), and - I can't believe I'm saying this - I LIKE TouchWiz on my S7E. It's the first time I'm not using Google Now Launcher.

Carriers actually in your case. I've always had my Samsung flagships getting 2 major. Android updates. My Galaxy S moved from Eclair to Froyo to Gingerbread, and my Note 2 upped from ICS to Jellybean to Kitkat. Would expect the same treatment on the S7. I'm not in a country where my updates are screwed over by my carrier anyway.
