Tracfone Issues

I'm trying to port a number from Tracfone to Visible. Tracfone won't release the number until we verify the zip code, which we told them, and they said its incorrect. So now I say I want to update the address on file, they say they can't do that unless they change the number on the account. They refuse to let us know what information they have on file in regards to an address. This is the most idiotic policy I have ever seen. Basically they could have had a typo that is stopping us from transferring the number. Anyone know a way around it. I feel they are trying to keep us as a customer - but the service is Crap. Anyway, rant done.
