Trade in email from Samsung

Finally got my email this am that the trade-in was accepted and got full credit.
 
Glad u got it sorted out , I always wonder what would they say with beta software installed
My watch 4 classic had beta software on it, was reset when sent in and sailed through the trade in process with no issues.

Good to know, I always went back to the stock firmware thinking they might give a problem.
 
Mine got accepted a while back but I had issues when I traded in my Active 2 for the 4 they tried sending me a pic ture of a different watch and said I didn't send in an Active 2. But I did do a reset and took pictures of front and back and had serial number anI may have had a video also.

I'm wondering who does these evaluations. They seem very incompetent.
 
23 days after they received the watch..i just got a text at 12:47am saying my trade in was successful.

Wow... good thing you're the patient type ;) I was worried I might have to send my Flip 3 in for a warranty repair or returd replacement.. the absolute LAST thing I would want to do :eek: But I managed to get it going again.. fingers crossed.
