Trade In Return slip

I also got an email and text stating that they are reviewing the trade and will let me know in 20 days. It seems long to review this time around.
I got the same letter with the same time frame , but 3 days later I got the all ok etc.
 
The trade INS are going to a different location this time around. They are going to Coppell, Texas instead of Lewisville, Tx. Maybe that's the reason for better results.

Yes I noticed that which I remember getting deliveries from that Coppell area before so maybe they adjusted their overall operation. Hopefully better results for everyone
 
I checked the trade-in details of my Galaxy S25 Ultra order earlier in the year, it was also sent to Coppell, TX.

Mine has been sitting in Hutchins, Tx since Monday. My issues with trade in process is usually FedEx. Seems like every time I send one in it goes in limbo mode for a week. One time it ended up in new York from Texas.


Makes me wonder if Samsung's getting overrun with shipments and they refuse shipping and have FedEx hold on to them till later date. It would be nice if FedEx would label as holding shipment for delivery, then we would know what's going on at least. I have not gotten any emails from Samsung reminding me of the trade in being sent in, so I assume Samsung at least knows it's coming by the tracking number.

Mine was delivered by FedEx to Samsung on Monday. Samsung emailed late Monday night that they received the trade-in, but after that, there is no trade-in completion email yet. At least they confirmed they received the trade-in, so it's wait and see now.

I am on T-Mobile and this is the first time I have had an issue with the trade-in process. However, it was a minor issue. They never communicated to me the status. I sent my S23U in over a week ago and nothing. No email/txt updating me on the status.

So I called yesterday and they looked it up and said the trade was accepted and everything was good to go.

Easy resoplve, but it would have been nice to have had some communication.
