Trade in successful ?

Just got the email and text message that my trade in was successful!!!

Now i could stress about something else !!!
 
My trade in now says "device evaluation in progress".... I guessing any day now to confirm my trade?
 
Both trade-ins were successful. Took a bit longer than normal but all good.

I ordered a Flip4 and Fold4. Trade-ins for both were received last Friday, so a week ago today. Within the last hour I received trade-in successful for the Flip. Hope to see the same shortly or by Monday for the Fold.
 
I can breath now. They received my trade-in yesterday and today I got the email that the trade-in was "successful" and qualifies for the full trade-in value. That was fast; only took them one day to inspect.

I think I would give them a call. Given it only took them one day for me, it doesn't seem like it should take 14 days for someone else. I'd be afraid it got lost somewhere in their warehouse.

It has in the past taken 1 to 3 days for me and this is the longest it has ever taken.

They are now saying 7 to 10 business days it can take. This is the 9th business day for me so I will give them another day and see if I get it. If not then I will start going up the chain.

One day is extremely fast and also extremely not the normal. 14 days is on the other extreme side of long time, but apparently they are taking longer this time around. Probably has to do with nobody seems to want to work now days, I know of no place that isn't hiring. Samsung is probably the same, short handed
 
I'm waiting on an answer for the trade-in for my new z flip 4.. I shipped it out Saturday and I just got the received it so hopefully a couple days to process my trade-in successful

So, I traded a s22 ultra and a S22+ for my fold 4. They accepted my ultra and denied my +. They say the screen is cracked. It was in mint condition. Put them both in their original boxes, taped them shut, wrappped them together with bubble wrap and put them in a box. No way the screen cracked during shipping. Called today and they were giving me a hard time. They said they will get back to me within 48 hours. It's not even about the money for me. I know the screen was not cracked when I put it in the box. They probably dropped the phone taking it out of the box. I now have no confidence in ever trading in another phone. If they don't make it right I don't think I could ever buy another Samsung phone.

I video record the factory reset the packaging of the phone while recording showing all angles of the device and record while I put in the box while wrapping up the device and taping the box closed and video of the label
 
So. After getting off chat with order support to inquire as to where my acceptance was, the came back with
"We've are pleased to inform you that the charge back was cancelled" then sent me an email stating that it was canceled.

I have never had it put that way before.

You inspired me to contact them and I got a similar message in the chat and then an email shortly thereafter. My trade in got to them on September 2nd.
