Trade In Thread

Trade in label and instructions should be available for you in your order details at Samsung.com if your phone is already delivered. They will email day or before delivery but sometimes that email may come late. You can send in any box, but anyway you are getting your S22 in a box so makes sense to use the same.

Thanks, I thought so. I just haven't received the prepaid label yet. I'll give it another day or so before I contact Samsung.
 
You don't have trade in label in your order details? If I click view shipping instructions it'll give the label and instructions.

I wasn't home yesterday for my delivery. Missed it by a few minutes, even though I paid for delivery between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Today, I got permission to work at home. Was home all afternoon. No one came. Now it is schedule to arrive tomorrow. On the Fedex app, it says delivery will be between 1:00 pm. and 5:00 p.m. The text message from Fedex to me say delivery will be 2/24 between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m...My question is this, I do not want to get fired from my job. If I just am never home to sign for it and let it go back to Samsung, will Samsung they cancel my order and my trade in?
 
Fedex tracking updated and it looks like they will receive on Friday. So hopefully next week will be actioned.
 
Good thing I watched that short video on how to send in my old phone, the video from the Samsung email said to re-use the same box the new phone came in. I was going to use a new FedEx box, although I really don't know if that would make any difference. So I took off the old address label from the Samsung box addressed to me and slapped on the new mailing label going to Samsung. I also found an old Samsung charger and cable and included that in the box. I'm going to drop off the package to a local FedEx store tomorrow.

I never had to send a charger back before. I am trading in a S10 and s21. I can't find the charger for the S10 I use a wireless one and s21 came with a charger but if I send it I won't have one for 22. I don't like using the wireless one since I have a case with a pop socket. It doesn't seem right to have to send a charger in being as we didn't get one with the new phone. I'm confused.

You are fine, don't worry about charger if you didn't send. If you are worried then get some cheap charger and include that if it makes you feel better. I sent my S21 Ultra and didn't include any charger even though I have a million chargers lying in my house. No way I'm sending a charger when they don't even include one. But that's up to you if it worries you. IMO you will be fine and not worry about including charger.


Also, trade in instructions clearly said you only send charger if you are sending in a laptop not for phone.

I sent my old phone (Note 10+) back yesterday. It's due to it's destination on Monday the 28th. Took pics of everything prior to mailing! Re-used the N22U shipping box and packaging, wrapped it really well. Did not include any charger. This is the part that always makes me nervous - will it make it and will they give me what I'm expecting in trade?? Nothing wrong with my prior phone at all.

Loved that Aura Glow, but of course i had a case on it the entire time!

Wow my trade in is shipping fast! It's now 12am, Friday and it's supposed to be there TODAY! I shipped it at 3pm wed. This is traveling ground and yet it's supposed to be there within 48 hours??? While my phone took longer going air??
 
You are fine, don't worry about charger if you didn't send. If you are worried then get some cheap charger and include that if it makes you feel better. Thanks! That was my thought too. If I am not sent a new charger with the phone why do I need to send back the one I have? No worries here. I was concerned about being dinged for not including it. Thanks again.
 
Mine is in North Salt Lake as of this afternoon, scheduled to be to Samsung by Monday.
 
Well mine was supposed to arrive there today but even though it made it to Knoxville early morning now the package now says delayed and won't arrive until Monday
