Trade in upgrade to S10+

Went through the Samsung site and they are giving $300 trade-in for my S8+ towards the S10+, wondering what everyone's thoughts are on that value and if anybody is going to do that?

Is that $USD? If so, it's better than the $250CAD Samsung is offering for my S8+.

We can probably get a fair but more reasonable amount in the AC Marketplace. Even if I had to settle for the same, I'd rather see a Member get a deal.

Yes, $USD, I'm considering handing it down to my son, figure a new decent phone will cost more then $300, so I suppose him getting it is better than Samsung...

That's a better idea. You're unlikely to get a new device as good as the S8+ for that price.
