I ordered mine through the Best Buy site and I have Sprint. I contacted Sprint today they are sending me a return kit for my trade in well in my case it is an upgrade. That way I don't have to bother with any stores

If it's from Samsung.com you'll get an email with the shipping label. But you have to use your own box and packaging.
