You have the right to call now, you are in day 22. I would call so they can get a ticket going, because it'll still take some time, it won't be immediate when you call. I know last time I called and got a ticket going it was another 2 months before I finally received the approval email. I actually forgot about the trade in when I received it.I'm still waiting. Mine was received on February 9th! Going to call if I don't hear anything in the next couple of days. It has been 21 days.

Good deal. Hopefully it doesn't take 2 months like mine did. My 21 days are next Monday.I did call and they said they would expedite a check on what happened and I would received an email within
24-48 hrs letting me know what is going on.
You mean 1.000, don't you? Batting .1000 would be only ten percent success. So still batting .1000 with Trade ins.
Five weeks after they received my S24 Ultra, I just received notice that I will not be receiving a $900 credit because they claim that I "did not disable your personal security locks, the Factory Reset Protection or Activation Lock."
I know this is not the case...device was fully unlocked and reset when I sent it back. I've traded in several phones, a couple tablets and two Galaxy watches to Samsung previously without any issue, so it's not like I don't know what I'm doing. Has anyone ever had any luck fighting this situation?
In the future if you haven't it's a good practice to make videos of the return process especially factory resetting in settings not recovery as that will still have your account information Lock to the device.Five weeks after they received my S24 Ultra, I just received notice that I will not be receiving a $900 credit because they claim that I "did not disable your personal security locks, the Factory Reset Protection or Activation Lock."

While I'll never know what really happened to create an issue in the first place, I did receive a pair of very brief emails this morning, both with the following message...
"We are happy to inform you that there will not be any chargeback related to your trade-in order #SA****** . No further action is needed at this point."
One of them referenced my support case number in the subject line, so contacting them yesterday worked out in my favor!
