Trading gs3 for galaxy note 2????

I was wondering wether I should trade in my one month old gs3 for the new galaxy note 2? Does anybody know how much Verizon would possibly give me for my gs3?

Verizon will give you next to nothing unless in you're in the 14 day return period...on top of that, you'll be obligated to pay full retail for the Note 2.

Probably not. If u are wanting to do it because of jellybean, just wait for the update. As for the s pen, u could always buy one of those for the s3. The apps? They'll be n the play store soon. If it's still around n a year, I may get it. Or I'll get whatever is new if it's awesome. It's a horribly big phone, and u could lose that s pen n probly wouldn't use it much anyway Cuz using ur finger is faster than digging that thing out. But if u play with it and love it, then whether it's worth it is up to you. Use ur own judgment on that, Cuz u may like it n someone else would hate it or vice versa.

That's probably not a bad idea -- it's certainly not as if you're stuck with a lemon holding onto the S3! Personally, the Note 2 is just a little too big for me as a phone...and too small as a tablet. I'm more interested in trading my original Galaxy tab 10" for the 10" note...but I'll probably wait for the next one.

If my hubby wasn't a tech idiot , I would give him my S3 when the s4 comes out but He has to have the actual keyboard. Slide out. Those r so bulky. But He gets the cheapest damn phone He can n about died when I told him I was getting this phone whether He frikkin liked it or not. He's a cheap ass. And it was for my bday! Luckily US cellular let's u make payments over a month or so. It had to be paid off by the time the next bill was due. And He threw a fit everytime I paid on it saying I wish u woulda waited to get that phone n blah blah blah..somedays I wanna go on vacation by myself.

Want everyone to know, I found s pen apps on the market. And u can buy s pens on eBay. I found the drawing apps, Well one of them, so really the note 2is just a bigger S3 to me. I will be buying an s pen.......
