Transfer all sim data to new sim?

Just received new sim cards as we changed mobile plans.

How can I transfer ALL the data on my old sim to this new sim? I'm not changing phones, just sims. My contacts are backed up, it's just the apps that I can't figure out...

What phone? Who is your carrier?

Apps are not stored on the SIM card but directly in the phone's internal memory and, sometimes, on an SD card.

As for contacts, they are rarely stored on SIMs anymore. In short, swapping your SIM should not require any special actions on your part.
