Transfer apps/data from Droid to Incredible

Guys,
I am under the 30 exchange policy on a Droid. I want to exchange the phone for an for an Incredible tomorrow, but how do I transfer my apps, pictures, etc. to the Incredible. I am assuming that I will have to surrender the Droid with the SD card intact....Is there anyway I can back up the information on my computer?

well just plug your droid into your comp and copy everything off the sd card onto your comp then transfer to the incredible when you get it.

as far as apps go i think you will have to redownload them but payed apps should acknowledge you already payed for them i believe

yea, to transfer you pictures, just back them up onto your computer before giving the card back.

apps will show up in your downloads section of the market once you sign in.
