Transfer Contacts to EVO

How do I transfer all my contacts from my Instinct to my EVO. Everytime I added another contact to my Instinct it would tell me on that phone that my contacts were backed up to the Sprint system/servers. But now how do I add those to this new phone? The Sprint website isn't much help, is there a simple easy way to do this?

1.) Log into your Sprint Account.
2.) Open Sprint Mobile Sync.
3.) From Mobile Sync export your contacts to a CSV file.
4.) Import the CSV into Gmail.
