Transfer data from Q10 to S7 edge

I tried installing smart switch from the play store and from the Samsung website, neither worked. I really need my texts, contacts, and calendar info to transfer. After going back and forth with Samsung and Blackberry customer service and pretty much getting a 'we can't help you' response from both of them, I'm at my wits end. Does anyone have any advice on making this work? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
