Hi there, new member here. Previously a user of apple products but have had enough. I have a new s2 9.7 and samsung cover. Black. Really enjoying them. All my files are either on my old macbook pro or portable hardrives.
I would like to transfer some music and ebooks. Could someone help me with the easiest method.
I am not that computer savy. I have always had issues managing my files efficiently. I should probably do i short course in computer skills. Child of the late 60's and 70's is my excuse.
This may have bèen answered here already but any help would be much appreciated.

Regards johnny b.

Android File Transfer or Samsung Smart Switch are apps that you can install on the MacBook, and then connect the S2 via USB and copy files over. If I remember correctly, the AFT and Smart Switch are not mutually compatible, so only having one installed at a time will work.

Another option is to use something like Google Drive or Dropbox. Files copied to a cloud storage can be synced and available on the S2 after installing the Google Drive or Dropbox app. Many people probably have both, or more cloud storage apps.

Thanx Trees. I have google drive set up so will try that first. See,if they sync. Cheers.
