Transfer Issue - Contacts only have 1 number now

I just picked up the Note 20 Ultra and ran Smart Switch to convert from my old S8+. I have already returned the old old phone for a trade-in. I was looking up a contact earlier and realized that only one phone number was migrated for each contact. Has anyone else had this problem?

I still have the Smart Switch backup, but I can't see to find anything to read it. I'm not sure if the problem was in the backup from the old phone or the restore to the new one, bit I was hoping to check the backup just in case. Does anyone know of a tool that will read the contacts.spbm file from the backup?

Were your contacts saved to either Google or Samsung backup?

I looked things over more closely and found that only some contacts were missing information. I discovered that Smart Switch will let you export the contacts in the backup to CSV so I looked thru that trying to find the missing data. I went to add a home number and noticed it was already in the contact.

My wife, brother, and sister have Google Voice numbers and those were missing. They were all stored using custom phone number type on the old phone. It's looking more and more like only those numbers and type failed to transfer. I have contacts with home, work, mobile, and even other numbers.
