Transfer photo albums from droid turbo to pc

I use quickpic app on my droid turbo. All my pictures are organized into folders. When I plug the phone into my pc (windows 10) via the usb cord and use the file manager, all my albums don't show up when I click on internal storage and then click the pictures folder. Also not in DCIM camera folder. I used to be able to see each folder that I'd created and drag and drop onto my pc desktop until moving to Windows 10. I like to move the folders from the phone to my pc and then back them up from there to a hard drive. For some reason 3 of my most recent folders do shop up but none of my older ones. Help please!

Try using Dropbox to back them up or wifi explorer.

Check every folder on your phone. They will not be in the picture or DCIM folder unless you put them there. They could be in the root folder or a sub folder. Does QuickPic see the pictures on your phone? If so open a picture in quickpic then hit the three dots on the top right, then click Details. It will show you the path to where the pictures are in the phone.

Also when you open My Computer on your computer, right click on an empty spot below the folder list on the left side and make sure "show all folders" is checked.
