Transfer Photos to HP Chrombook 11

New to chrombooks. I assume that I can transfer photos from a USB stick to HP 11?

Yes, you can plug the USB drive into the chromebook and transfer. Alternatively , if you upload the photos to your Google account then the chromebook can see the images when you log into your account.
