Transfer purchases to another Gmail account?

Question. I have a personal gmail account that I have been buying apps under for the last oh, IDK, 2 years. Now I have my business email hosted through google apps for business. I don't want to have two gmail accounts on my tablet. Is there someway to transfer purchases from one gmail account to another?
