transfer saved emails from s6 to s8+

i have synced in the email app my s6 and s8 ..
its brought all my emails in the inbox over from the s6 to the s8 ..
i have a heap of saved emails that it hasnt brought over ..
ive googled trying to find the location of those saved emails on the s6 .. but cant find any info on that ..
i was hoping i could find the files and copy them over ..
is it possible to transfer the saved emails from the s6 to the s8+ ..

They should be saved on the email app server. Do you not use Gmail?

Unless you did something to save them directly to your phone and not your email account, they would be on the email server not the phone. It would have to be a setting on the email app to sync them.

i use bigpond on the phone app ..

in the native phone email app i have the option to save email as a file .. its then saved in a new folder in the email app separate from the inbox altho the email will still be in the inbox .. so i then have like two copies of the email ..
i synced my s6 and s8+ and all my inbox emails came into my new phone .. the s8+ .. but the saved emails didn't sync over ..
then i thought if i could find the saved email files on my s6 i could maybe copy them over to the s8+ ..
but i cant find those files and its possible that copying them over mightnt work anyway..
i just thought there may be a way to put those saved emails on my s8+ ..

i think that the only way to get those saved emails on my new phone is to email them to myself and then open email and select save email as file .. annoying ??????
