Transfer upgrade from dumb phone to smartphone

I know this has been asked over and over but my Googling skills are lacking today.
Plan setup:

1. UDP
2. 2 gig + double data promo
3. 2 gig
4. dumb

Phone 2 died, so I was thinking about transferring 4's upgrade to it, but want to be sure I do this the right way.

• If I transfer to 2, will I lose the promo? I can transfer to 3, but that line doesn't live in the house so may be a little more complicated.
• Will that lock 4 in for 2 more years, or will it lock in the line I transfer it to?

You won't lose the promo. The line in which the upgrade originated from would get the new 2 year contract

Thank you. Was hoping it wouldn't be that way, don't know if #4 will be around for 2 more years, but I guess an ETF would still be cheaper than a new phone, lol.
