Transfer upgrade question

I have UDP on my phone, upgrade available now.

My wife has TDP on her phone, her upgrade comes up on 11/28.

I want transfer her my upgrade to get the N4 on the TDP line, then reactivate her old phone on the TDP line moving the N4 to my UDP line. Will the 11/28 upgrade on the TDP still become avaialble after all this?
