Transfering data to & from my S20

Hello Everyone,

Newbie here.

I have been trying to navigate the usb c cable mindfield for a cable I can use to transfer files to and from my pc but found myself unsure which would fit the bill as I don't have a usb c port on my pc I only have usb a ports.

Is there an adaptor available that I can use with my original usb c to usb c charge cable that came with the phone from new?
