Transferred music no longer has artist name, or song info. Why?

Transferred music no longer has artist name, or song info.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I use iTunes to manage my music. For some time, I have copied music from the computer where I managed my iTunes music (a MacBook) and transferred it to my phone. This process has worked fine until recently.

Three months ago, I got a new computer and accessed my iTunes account on the new computer (which was running Windows 8 at the time). I bought a few new songs, and successfully transferred them from the new computer to the Galaxy S4 with problem.

Since then, I have upgraded to Windows 10, my Galaxy S4 has had an update IIRC, as has iTunes.

About 10 days ago, I purchased six new songs and tried to move/transfer them to my phone. For some reason, each track lost the artist info and song title. Are there any known issues with moving songs in this manner?

The songs themselves are still playable but the loss of the artist and track info is a problem I'd like to solve. Might anyone have any ideas?
