Transferring Bookmarks From S3

I replaced my S3 for the turbo. How can I transfer my saved S3 bookmarks to the Motorola?

Bookmarks go with the browser, not with the phone, so we'd need to know which browser you were running in the S3. If it's Internet, it's going to be more involved than if it was, say, Chrome, because Internet is a Samsung product and you don't have it on a Motorola phone. (You'll have to install a browser on the S3 that the Motorola has [maybe Chrome], tell it to get its bookmarks from Internet, then you can sync bookmarks on Chrome on both phones.)

I installed the Chrome app on the S3 but it says Android system sync is disabled and can't enable it because it doesn't show up in the Add accounts section. I'm trying to move both bookmarks and saved pages. Is there any other way or did I do something wrong?

I tried but all it says is Please wait.... I've been waiting for 4 days now. Is it because I have no service on it anymore? Is there any other way?
