Transferring data to sd card

How do I transfer files and apps from my device memory to my sd card?

Using MyFiles you can transfer files, not sure how you would transfer apps to run from the SD card.

Go to your application manager. If it can be moved to your sd card the option will be available to select

Thanks but its not obvious how you do file transfers in MyFiles. I see blank folders on the bottom of the screen but not sure if they are used in the transfer process.

Don't use a file manager

[/URL][/IMG]go into settings... Application manager. I've moved candy crush to my SD card. Now the option is available to move it back to phone.
