transferring from the camera folder to mac

i keep getting an error message when i try and access the camera folder on my note 5. it says that the screen is locked and i have to unplug the phone unlock the screen and plug the phone back in i have tried that and i keep getting the same message. I am using android file transfer program. I just transferred some movies yesterday and it worked fine. And its just with the camera folder, i can access any other folder without a problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Unlock your phone then connect your phone to the computer. Next go to computer folder and select your phone and you should see the camera folder.
