Transferring kindle file from external hard drive to android S9 phone.

I have a Galaxy s9 and have kindle books backed up to my external hard drive but I am having trouble getting all my books onto my phone any suggestions would be very helpful.

Why do you have Kindle books backed up? As soon as you go into your Kindle app you can get them from the web.
