transferring my music from sd card to internal storage

Hey guys

I recently upgraded to an Xperia Z 1 from the galaxy s3

And I just want to transfer my music files from my sd card to my internal storage so I can transfer them to my new SD card

This was easily done on my galaxy s3 via the "my files"

But I don't see a similar app on my Xperia Z 1

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to Android Central! Just install any of the good 3rd party file manager apps that are on Google Play. I suggest Total Commander or ES File Explorer. Since moving a lot of files can be tedious using a phone app's interface, you should also consider an app like AirDroid or Wifi File Explorer, which allow you to manipulate files on your phone from a desktop interface.

go into file commander and swipe the screen towards the right and it should come up with a list of things click on sd card and it should be in there.
