Transferring Photos and Videos

I am changing to an S7 and smart switch is not supported on the 6p. I have tried connecting my 6p to move all of my photos and videos on to my PC and then move them to my S7 but the PC doesn't see all the photos. Any thoughts? I have also tried Send Anywhere. It will move the videos over but rewrites the dates to today's date.

In theory once you get the S7 it should come with an OTG USB dongle. That should work to transfer all data from your old and I thought you didn't need to install Smart Switch on the older phone that way, but I might be wrong.

In any case, even with that method, if any of your pictures are locked, hidden, or protected, they might not be available for other devices to copy/move.

How about using the Samsung smart connector?
