One of my biggest reservations about switching to an Android tablet hasn't been the OS or the apps, but the availability of a form-fitted case. I'm really attached to Apple's stock neoprene case that doubles as an easel and stand (I don't use an external keyboard).
This Eee Pad Transformer review wasn't especially illuminating, but the photo gallery had a picture of what appears to be the official case from Asus. This seems to be exactly what I was looking for.
