transformer prime 201 screen shattered

I recently dropped my Transformer Prime 201 and it shattered the glass and cracked the front edge of its casing. The tablet still works and the touch screen still works. I think I just need to replace the outer glass cover and the and the back cover. Please advise.
I also have an iPhone 4 with a shattered screen, but casing is OK. I want to replace these broken screens myself.

Have you contacted Asus to find out how much it would cost for them to fix it? That way you can compare how much it's going to cost you do to it yourself with how much it will cost to have them do it.

I was able to find plenty of screen replacements, but, none for the case.
