Transitions and animations off

Hello. Does anyone know where to go on the phone to turn off or change animation and transition effects? I had bionic and it was under developer options, but i can't find it. Thanks.

To activate Developer Options, you usually have go to Settings/About Phone, and tap the Build version about 7 times, after which it will tell you that Developer Options have been enabled.

I have a LG volt and developers options don't show on my settings can someone help.
